We come to you — set up new printers, sort the ones that have stopped, or get scanning to email working properly at your office. On-site across Greater Hobart, usually the same day. Patient, no jargon, and we don't leave until it's actually sorted.

Small office with a couple of staff sharing one printer? We'll set up secure printing, default trays, scan-to-folder for receipts, and connect it to your filing system the way you actually work.

Usually the network's lost it. We get it back on properly so it doesn't keep happening.

Almost always a driver and discovery issue. Ten-minute fix.
“It's flashing low-ink and I just changed the cartridge.”
Could be the cartridge, the chip, or the printer being fussy. We'll tell you which.

Usually a cleaning cycle and a head alignment, sometimes a roller. We'll do both and check.
Straight up
A fixed hourly rate with no call-out fee within 25 km of the Hobart CBD. For those a little further out — up to 40 km — we still come to you, just with a small distance fee on top. The cost is agreed before we start, so there are no surprises when we leave.

Fill in the form or give us a call. Tell us what's going on and we'll sort a time — same day where we can, otherwise within a day or two.
Our technician turns up when we said we would. We get the printer on the network, test every device, and sort whatever brought us there.
Before we leave we walk you through what we did. No jargon, no rushing — so you know what to check if anything shifts.
